Face washes/scrubs

I have tried many face washes and scrubs throughout the years, I have blemish prone skin which sometimes gets dry patches. I still have typical teenage skin being 18, so I'm going to rate some products which have helped and some that have not.

Oxy Seaweed Face Wash:

I got this as a routine last year which also comes with a moisturizer, scrub and spot zapper. It leaves the skin feeling fresh and clean, but also very dry after use so you need to moisturize afterwards, I must say I still got blemishes but not as near as much if I were to not use it.

Soap and Glory Face Scrub:

I got this for Christmas in 2010, I didn't like this product as much as other scrubs as it's quite thick and didn't lather very well. It smells like mints which leaves the skin feeling clean but my face didn't feel smooth or radiant afterwards so I discontinued using it.

Oxy Face Scrub

I found this scrub to be very grainy and rough on the skin, and as skin is so delicate I knew I needed something a little less harsh because I was worried about scarring. But I must say it left my skin feeling soft. This product would be good if you had quite rough skin, but i would only use about once a week.

Soap and Glory Face Wash

I got given this face wash as I don't usually pick washes that are not designed for spot prone skin and this one is for normal skins. I did use it once or twice but I was getting more spots that usual so stopped using it straight away. But I'm sure it would be great for people with dry skin.

St Ives Olive Scrub

I've only just purchased this scrub and I'm already loving it, its meant to gently exfoliate whilst moisturizing the skin. Gentle enough for frequent use, I've used it twice and my skin feels so soft and didn't feel too dry afterwards.
